Support hybrid environments Can do large scale automation tasks Can build control tower for client including onboarding users , Networking , IAM , Vnet , Apps deployment on go Integration with azure monitor service is really cool feature we use it for VM change tracking puprposes

Not as such , as we are using it a lot and didnt find any

can use it for setting up lasrge scale infra and do configuration management from a single repo but comes with high cost
