What differentiates Microsoft Authenticator from other similar products?
Microsoft integrated very well within our organization. Its super easy to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The connection to outlook. Makes it super easy to utilize everything and we also connected to the phone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One factor authenticating shows up multiple times a day and I can be able to be frustrating time-consuming and tedious, but that’s literally probably the one thing I don’t like
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend using different Microsoft products first so you don’t understand how they work before you do purchase it for implement. It’s not for everyone.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is its seamless passwordless sign‑in and push approvals tightly integrated with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
What do you dislike most about this product?
sometimes unreliable 2FA‑code backup and sync across devices, which can cause lockouts and extra friction when switching phones or resetting them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
if you’re already on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, but budget extra time and planning for backup‑code and passkey management.
