What differentiates Microsoft 365 Copilot AI Agents from other similar products?

We use our team agent in microsoft teams to help us manage our projects. It keeps us all on the same page.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that i can just ask our agent "what are the next steps for project apollo?". It will read our project plan and our chats and give me a clear summary. It's our single source of truth.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can sometimes get confused if our project documents are not well-organized.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your team lives in microsoft teams, these agents are a must-have.

What differentiates Microsoft 365 Copilot AI Agents from other similar products?

We used to use complex automation tools. Now, we can just build a simple ai agent in copilot studio to do the same thing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy it is to get started. If you can describe your process in plain english, you can build an agent to automate it. It's very accessible to non-developers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not as powerful as a dedicated automation platform like uipath.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is going to democratize automation for every business user.
