What differentiates Microsoft 365 Copilot AI Agents from other similar products?

When i have to prepare for a new project, i used to spend days doing research. Now, i can just ask my agent to do it for me.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that i can ask it to "find all the documents on our sharepoint about our new marketing strategy and summarize them for me". It saves me an incredible amount of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The summaries are good, but they can sometimes miss the important details.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your job involves a lot of research, this is an amazing assistant.

The magic behind this is the microsoft graph, which is the database of all the relationships between people, content, and activity in microsoft 365.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that the agent can understand the context of my work. It knows who i work with, what projects i am on, and what documents are important to me. This makes it very smart.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It only knows about what is inside the microsoft world. It can't see my other apps.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The power of the microsoft graph is what makes these agents so intelligent.
