What differentiates MessageBird from other similar products?

MessageBird stands out as the premier API provider for Text Messages (SMS), WhatsApp Integration, and voice calls. Additionally, MessageBird facilitates integrations with other social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Gmail, and more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's practically costless, and we've achieved significant success in managing incoming messages via our WhatsApp API connection. Additionally, we receive messages from Facebook and Instagram directly in our inbox, ensuring we don't miss out on anything.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Our sole concern with MessageBird is the absence of a monthly billing invoice/statement. While you can top-up your account with credit, there isn't a detailed monthly statement provided to track the reduction of account credit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend the tool because it is easy and free

What differentiates MessageBird from other similar products?

Messagebird has a free version that you can use to try its products, the free version does not come with specific period, you can only choose to upgrade your account by topping up credits in case you are satisfied with the tool

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

They provide free sender ID for SMS marketing at no extra cost compared to other vendors who would charge around $20 for raising a sender ID, you can as well track SMS delivery right from the tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is hard to determine how much you are going to spend in the Whatsapp marketing and SMS marketing since the tool does not hardly display the costs of such services, rather they will be deducting the credit

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you do not have budget, this tool can help you since it is scalable enough.

What differentiates MessageBird from other similar products?

Messagebird integrates with more social platforms , than any other cloud communication platform out there. This offers us more options , in terms of the social channels through which we can communicate with our customers.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love its flow builder functionality. The Flow Builder function enables the creation of more effective customer interactions on the social platforms which Messagebird integrates with. As a result of the flow builder , we are able to automate simple customer interactions like completing sign-up forms on WhatsApp, sharing rich media on messenger or placing orders via SMS.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Messagebird support team is slow to respond to enquiries and APi documentations can be a lot more intuitive and detailed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Messagebird is an effective solution for sending notifications to our customers through social platforms.
