What differentiates Mercer | Mettl Assessments from other similar products?
The version of this Software supports in all the platform which is very useful to the end user. The AI used to screen and monitor is very impressive and the time taken for screening the candidate is minimum.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Never faced any downtime during my entire process. Site design helps and content tone helps the user with best accessible. Distinguishing question based on difficulty level and designation helps a lot on screening

What differentiates Mercer | Mettl Assessments from other similar products?
Having used and tested multiple platforms, Mercer Mettl gives a cleaner UI and UX compared to the rest. For example Mettl automatically flags presence of multiple individuals, absence of candidate in front of screen, usage of mobiles, and opening new windows or screens, etc. which many other platforms cannot do and flags such instances along with screenshots of these.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cleanliness of the product and ease of use. Mettl is straightforward and is no rocket science with complex features and workflows. A novice can easily understand the product and within a short time even explain it to a new person. You technically don't miss things a candidate is doing when you are busy with something else - for example, Mettl captures and flags any suspicious events while also maintaining periodic screenshots.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the features they offer become a nuisance, by overdoing it. For example, an when an individual keep his hand on his/cheek, it is flagged as 'usage of mobile', the candidate looking down from the screen to write something on paper is flagged as 'candidate away from screen', etc. Such instances, recorded wrongly are notified to you in bulk (issues with one candidate multiplied by number of candidates).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Clearly set out your needs and goals and your expectations from the product. What is tagged as a fitting product for organization A or B may not be a good fit for you. Gather information on similar products (like products for e.g. from Ciso cybersecurity/ Infinity infoway/Wheebox, etc.). Create a shortlist of what you find good and then test these before you finally decide one.
