What differentiates Melissa Data Quality Suite from other similar products?
The low price and transparency of their service. You can test it without cost and you get free credits every month until you decide to start purchasing credits and making serious usage of it. That is essential to small projects that don't have a big budget to throw away at other services without any guarantee of a good fit.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The low price and ease of integrating it with automation software. It is so easy to use the data they provide.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The data integrity can be an issue, but that is a problem with data aggregators in general, not Melissa data specifically. No data aggregator can guarantee the quality of their data, so I think it's better to choose the best value knowing that any data provider could provide slightly outdated data.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it before you buy it. They offer free credits for a reason. Don't spend money on a competitor based on their promises before you try Melissa data.
