What differentiates ManyChat from other similar products?

Comes with many features and not just chatbot features - SMS Marketing and Marketing automation features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the SMS marketing features It is a great chatbot for business It makes marketing automation easy

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well, I haven't had problems with ManyChat

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend ManyChat as it never disappoints. It is multipurpose and makes marketing easy

The ease of use and the knowledge base available thanks to tutorial videos that helped me a lot !

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very easy to design workflows that impacts your business effectively and positvely !

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not very performant in terms of dashoards and analytics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Very good tool for digital marketers and agencies that don't have coding skills and don't want to be reliable on IT service.

What differentiates ManyChat from other similar products?

I find that its free version really makes it easy to use and figure out something confusing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how easy it is to use and the customization I can have.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that the features can't quite work with other software that I wanted to work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would stick to making sure you actually need this. I found that sometimes in some businesses you don't actually need this.
