it has a technical support which is very helpful and responsive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

my most favorite feature is that we can alternate incident automations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It should have some more message monitoring features. It can also have some free message monitoring tools

it has a centralized log collection database

What differentiates LogRhythm SIEM Platform from other similar products?

It allows to visualize all the actions carried out, and creates reports in real time to be able to create efficient plans and avoid the risks of failures and errors that may occur in the system that would lead to professional problems

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows to visualize in the same panel the possible threats allowing the work team to carry out the strategies to avoid errors, or damage to the internal systems of the organization

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing that I do not like about this platform, it has worked well, but they could improve in the aspect of registration to the platform but once in your system it works quite well

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a necessary tool, it is accessible and functional regardless of the industry
