What differentiates LogMeIn Central by GoTo from other similar products?

LogMeIn Central by GoTo is very easy to setup and deploy which differentiates it from other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is automated patch management and endpoint security integration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't dislike anything about this product as I didn't find any issues with it so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend it as this is a great remote monitoring and management tool.

What differentiates LogMeIn Central by GoTo from other similar products?

Ease of connecting remotely to an unattended desktop computer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface could use an upgrade. When I finish a support session, it is not easy to start another without sometimes log in again.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good complete product- Ask all the questions and demo the software for two weeks or so.
