A superb monitoring system

What differentiates LogicMonitor Platform from other similar products?
We can quickly make new resource configurations simply with the help of the predefined LogicModules. A sizable exchange community facilitates the first monitoring setup by providing access to gadgets that may not otherwise be readily accessible. To access the dashboard, I don't need to pull out my laptop or get into a VPN.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For me, the most significant benefit is the wide range of supported devices and the simplicity of the setup process (servers, network, ILO, etc.). Deploying servers, such as a primary and database server, incurs no additional costs. Start-up is simple and quick. Remote SSH access to computers and the ability to create shareable, bespoke graphs are two of my favorite features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The thing I dislike is the abrupt shift in tone at the beginning of the conversation. Several functions are too complicated and might be improved with a more straightforward design. Implementing it throughout our entire infrastructure is expensive. Built-in dashboards are great, and although setting up new ones is simple, it may be cumbersome to add features like variables to drill down into specifics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Special monitoring software that, with its built-in Ai Ops and connectors, ought to meet all or almost all of your monitoring requirements. If you're in the market for a new tool but are on the fence, you should consider this one. It's not as pricey as some alternatives, but it's still rather potent, particularly for small to medium-sized businesses.

What differentiates LogicMonitor Platform from other similar products?
A key differentiator for the platform is its automated discovery feature which uses different protocols to rapidly find devices and applications so they can be monitored
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
To make sure alerts of different severity reach the right people, I was able to create escalation chains that designate certain types of alerts classifications to the appropriate staff member within the organization
What do you dislike most about this product?
LogicMonitor requires an internet connection to operate. So any internet outages will block the ability to monitor servers
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
LogicMonitor is primarily cloud-based, so it's easy to setup and scale to serve the needs of your business. Any organization can benefit from the server and infrastructure monitoring provided by LogicMonitor

What differentiates LogicMonitor Platform from other similar products?
There is no need for a separate reporting solution to meet customer needs because reports may be prepared using the acquired data. This has significantly decreased the amount of time needed to troubleshoot problems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We use it to keep track of all of our client network hardware and virtualization hosts. After using this software, we can quickly respond to problems and pinpoint their root causes for our customers. The platform's analytics and observability help us troubleshoot client issues, estimate growth, and keep track of the overall operation of all the devices in our estate.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A few UI tweaks could be done, and it would be wonderful to have more uniformity in the look and feel across all portal components. To display metrics in more detail, more dashboard widgets would be helpful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I appreciate your decision if you are thinking of giving it a shot because you can proactively monitor infrastructure, services, and procedures with the help of LogicMonitor. The fact that LogicMonitor doesn't install agents on every system or device is one of its strongest features. It enables us to proactively monitor the infrastructure and notify when there might be service disruption.
