What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is convenient that any organization that makes use of this product can provide you with an answer that is both prompt and accurate. It is a really smooth running rapid chat software that enables you to get answers in a very short amount of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Even after a person has left the conversation, it may appear as though they are still participating. I would prefer that it either delete itself automatically or go away and offer a message that indicates that the user has left the conversation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's simple to set up and customize, the chatbot and automation features help us save time and money, and the support team is always available to answer our questions.
