What differentiates LiveChat from other similar products?

Unlike competing software, it has features like a conversation archive, the ability to filter messages based on predefined criteria, conversation routing, etc. They make sure that we're sending messages to prospective consumers at the correct time, mining useful data from those exchanges, and, most critically, matching the proper individuals with each client so that we can maintain meaningful dialogues.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because we now have a link for live chat on our website, we are able to receive feedback from patients who have questions or need assistance. This has proven to be an extremely useful addition to our website.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing negative that can be said about this software; it possesses all of the features that I desire and that I appreciate, as well as possibly some additional ones.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The setup process for this software is straightforward, therefore I would advise using it, but the chatbot requires a subscription to a separate service, which adds overhead to our business. They might have chosen not to implement that option.
