What differentiates LinkedIn Talent Insights from other similar products?
Our human resources team can evaluate personnel for the vacant position we need in a simple way with the LinkedIn recruitment platform because users while their experiences through their resume which we can demand a professional or look at their previous projects developed or contributed to know if it is what we are looking for or not because it allows us to organize the people we are reviewing and classify them into groups for projects.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have fast search results of the personnel due to the search engine that has tags for a better search experience both for us as a company and for the subordinate we want to hire as well as the fact of seeing the complete profile of a candidate offers more information than a simple resume when selecting candidates for interviews and being able to hire them from the same platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Depending on whether you are a company or an autonomous person the cost of the license could be somewhat expensive because they do not give a sample trial period as well as a greater breadth in the search engine at the level of profiles that the same entail more features than the usual general as well as missing broader categories in the line of candidates.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
As a recruitment system it is very suitable when looking for qualified external personnel in order to identify the right candidate. The search parameters are much easier to use than other sites. It is our main source of information gathering and most of the tools we use integrate well with it as it also does a good job of finding candidates within the parameters given to it.

Shared organizational record of activity, Search and deep search management capabilities, Provide a wide variety of candidates, Allows interactions to be documented and contacts to be classified according to their response or non-response, Extensive In-Mail capability for the team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app is significantly different from the desktop version, there are no device filters

It allows us to connect directly with candidates without having to go through other third-party channels. If you are looking for a higher professional position, this program offers many more specific candidates to choose from. Search parameters are much easier to use than other sites
