Its combination of marketing automation, lead scoring, and social media management in one platform makes it stand out. The dashboards and reporting are particularly strong compared to other tools we tested.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to automate campaigns and track leads through the entire journey is my favorite aspect. It saves time and gives the sales team better insights into which prospects are ready to convert
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some features, like multivariate testing and certain integrations, can feel a bit limited or less intuitive. There’s a learning curve at the beginning, but once you get past that it works smoothly.

Lead Liaison is a marketing and sales automated system that helps organizations increase sales by recruiting, engaging, acquiring, and keeping more leads. Lead Liaison fills a vacuum in the limited pool of marketing automation suppliers that focus on marketing-centric functionality by offering a solution including a hot-lead panel, Buy Indicators, and a live clock alert of companies on the user's website.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I've been using Lead Liaison for about three years and it's given me a lot of authority. The simplicity with which I can create emails, automation programs, surveys, and landing pages is important because the division I deal in is tiny but in a growing market. Aside from the platform, I'd like to mention their support crew, which is really fantastic! They have assisted me with little and major difficulties in a timely manner.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes a substantial lot of work to get started, but that is to be anticipated for such a viable approach. It's easy to become frustrated with the process, but you know it'll all work out in the end.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The assistance is excellent, and the UI is simple to use. Instead of investing hours figuring out how to make a cumbersome system perform one of the ten things I need it to do, I can spend all my time focusing on marketing tactics and client experiences. Lead Liaison provides the comprehensive features of many other huge marketing automation systems, but without the bother of a complicated UI. That's why I recommend using Lead Liaison for your business.
