Their customer service is friendly, professional and typically speedy. They also provide a LOT of online training and webinars, and a fantastic annual conference! Continually innovating and growing in the features they offer.

Data searchability and automating business processes.

Doesn't integrate with as many other applications as we would like.

Laserfiche offers excellent ways to onboard new clients and access to company documents

Submitting forms and paperwork to my service team. Also having the ability to store client information.

I can't think of anything that I dislike about the product. It serves all my needs.

I would recommend they work with someone at Laserfiche to get a true tutorial of everything the company offers.
