What differentiates Kudos from other similar products?
This employee recognition tool stands out among other similar ones for various reasons such as being able to acquire a free demo of the service as well as having other quite useful functionalities such as being able to create a room and give a webinar that is essential to inform to the workers about the corresponding compensation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like its architecture since it is colorful, cheerful and easy to use, in addition to having quite complete characteristics such as having a catalog of rewards that we can modify so that it is claimed in the minimum of required points, I also really like the function of being capable of managing the performance of each worker individually, with which we can create a kind of card to categorize it in order of performance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the negative aspects of this employee recognition tool is that there is not much diversification in the rewards and the only way to add a new one is to talk to the Kudos technical support team.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This tool is an excellent alternative to demonstrate, recognize and reward the hard work of our employees, therefore I would definitely recommend it.
