What differentiates Kudos from other similar products?
If I want to send a virtual high five, fist bump, or thank you shout out to a coworker or someone else at work, this is the finest tool I've used so far. It's wonderful and simple to use, and you can accumulate points toward incentives. Well, it's incredible that there are actually monetary prizes involved. It's not a lot, but it all adds up.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Variety in available choices is a plus. Like being able to publicly applaud my fellow social media users. Kudos is a great tool for executives and coworkers to publicly show appreciation for employees. Staff members can redeem their Kudos points for any gift card of their choosing. You can pick from a wide variety of possibilities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One set of employees left nearly useless comments to increase their ratings and win prizes, demonstrating how quickly it devolved into a popularity game.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
From the perspective of upper management, a simple token of appreciation accompanied by some encouraging words will always stimulate workers to increase their output and make them feel valued. Individuals are often hesitant to publicly convey their gratitude, so Kudos is an excellent alternative.

What differentiates Kudos from other similar products?
This software has been a very useful tool for the new system of rewards and recognition that we implemented in the company from the human resources department, to encourage employees to improve in their jobs, making them more productive and profitable in their working hours.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a catalog of rewards that gives us good ideas when it comes to rewarding our employees, it also has a task monitoring system to know the progress and performance that each worker has had. Personalized congratulations are very effective for the employee to feel valued in their job.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can become a very heavy software, depending on the amount of employees and information that is uploaded. It would be nice if the congratulations were a little more interactive, to show more affection. It is not so intuitive, but we all learned to use it, even if it was a little difficult at the beginning.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software has undoubtedly helped our work team to feel more motivated to carry out their activities, to feel more valued by their bosses and colleagues, and to strengthen relationships between co-workers. A very well thought out system to boost productivity in the company and the morale of the workers.

What differentiates Kudos from other similar products?
Kudos is a great tool to utilize for peer review and recognition! Kudos is distinct for the in depth evaluation for employees, surveys/polls, and is very customizable. Kudos helps move the organization forward, boosts morale, and raises confidence in employees. There are customized awards and an employee portal for each user to see their profile.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to recognize employees on a regular consistent basis instead of once or twice a year during reviews is excellent! Being able to recognize hard work, out of the ordinary duties, or simply acknowledging one's efforts/growth and give awards is great for the overall organization. Kudos lives up to it's standards and helps move the company forward.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since using Kudos there is nothing I dislike! Everything has been positive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Whether your office already has a high morale or needs a boost, Kudos is an excellent product to bring positivity and recognition to employees in the office.
