What differentiates Kore.ai AI for Service from other similar products?
We discovered some very insightful with Kore.ai: within just a few weeks, we noticed an increase in the conversion rate from leads to sales. We noticed one singular pattern: people to whom the Ai chatbot responded were more keen to make a sale. I would later attribute this to the fact that people, especially customers like to be responded to and have the information that they ask for right away.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the customer analytics features: this allowed us to measure exactly the purchasing patterns and browsing habits, which helped improved the efficiency of our retargeting advertising campaigns.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Kore.ai does require some prior training with the platform in order to be able to use it properly and efficiently.

Kore.ai, I believe is the future of automated, intelligent communications. I recommend for businesses which have a clear plan and project of using AI driven automated tools to improve their business processes.

The best part is the user experience. It is super easy to create a chatbot and define questions for the same. Also, all the options are clearly visible, you can understand it within a couple of minutes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customer Support (Chatbot) - Storyboard is my favorite.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't think there is anything which I dislike. I found all the features I as looking for in this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend using the Small talk and storyboard feature. These are the common features for all websites today.
