What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Range of devices. Dashboards are quite intuitive, session information, video recordings etc

What do you dislike most about this product?

Frequent instability of devices - Devices not up and running - Devices slow to launch - Devices crashing - Slow resolution time. The above happened at key times for us during high priority projects!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Performance and Usability of the devices is key! If this is not there, then it doesn't matter what bells and whistles are added on, value will not be obtained!
