Keeper, I believe, better than any other password manager, balances their security model with the needs of Enterprise to have control over their accounts. Through their ticket system, support is very knowledgeable and responsive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Keeper allows our company to create strong passwords for any website without having to remember them. It also ensures that passwords are unique across vendors and sites, as well as assisting users in navigating the difficult trade-off between security and convenience. SSO makes provisioning easier, and the added layer of security provided by our MFA provider gives us peace of mind.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Both the desktop app and the browser extension should be up to date. We should be automatically logged into the other when we log into one. More work is needed to improve integration and recognition with locally installed applications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Managing organization wasn't easy for me, and managing passwords was the most important thing I despised, so I turned to Keeper, which has proven to be a game-changer in my life by transforming my stressful life into a fully comfortable one. If you're tired of remembering too long passwords, give it a try.

We were searching for a password manager to manage vendor passwords across multiple functional teams, but we didn't want to add to the complexity for users by adding more credentials to remember. Keeper enables us to do so in a secure and simple to use and administer manner.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I find it difficult to single out one feature because I really like the overall product, which has a lot of benefits for our company and allows us to focus on business tasks rather than password management and security. Now, all we have to focus on is the path to success. Everything was so simple to set up and use that I believe we could do it ourselves without difficulty.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The input fields are not always accurate, and some of the drop-down menu buttons are small. Also, because the interface can be confusing at times, help center videos or pop-ups with walkthroughs, as well as using email updates, would be beneficial to all users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Still busy managing complex and lengthy passwords? The keeper makes it simple to create secure passwords using randomization. The only thing you need to do is choose the length and assure you that you have a vault with all the information you need to log into your favorite websites and services.
