Includes both project task management, project financial accounting, team collaboration, and external client collaboration capabilities. This is a rare combination!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
External customer collaboration capabilities.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does have a lot of features and complexity to handle various use cases and situations. This can make the learning curve a bit tough at the start. You need to stay focused on the key value you want to achieve and not get distracted on side features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Listen to your implementation lead - don't go for too much too fast! Focus on the key elements you need to drive value for your business and target success in those areas for your go-live.

I haven't used comparable products, but it seems to have all the standard features one would expect plus a monthly cadence of innovation of new features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
They have good, in-person support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish we could turn off or hide features we don't use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take it for a test drive and expect some onboarding pains since it's robust, but once you've found your lane, stick to it, and it will serve you well.
