What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It works 95% of the time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not perform well in a multi tenant architecture. Run into issues with triggers when using multi tenant and trying to load balance. Duplicates when triggers are running concurrently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do not try and load balance in a multi tenant architecture. Great single tenant tool if you can afford the price.
