What is your favorite aspect of this product?

during cross-functional projects, it’s easy to find someone with a specific skill set just by searching their profile. The group forums also shine for onboarding; new employees can join dedicated spaces where they ask questions and share updates without clogging up emails.

What do you dislike most about this product?

syncing profile updates or employee activity between systems often requires manual intervention or third-party tools. Also, the search functionality sometimes returns irrelevant results, making it frustrating to locate older posts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Encourage employees to fully utilize their profiles and join relevant groups—it’s a game changer for community building.

What differentiates Jive Engage from other similar products?

The app has revolutionized our approach to distant collaboration. And how we speak to one another at work. I consider it a great privilege to be constantly on the move or seeing new places. I am a digital nomad, so I can get work done wherever. In addition, I rely on Jive to stay in touch with my squad. Really, it's fantastic.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jive is a flexible platform that can be adapted to the needs of every company. As such, it can be categorized as an online community for businesspeople to network with one another. Blogs, forums, and file sharing are all viable options. It also enables the formation of private and public organizations with fixed membership sizes. The team can share files and documents, plan activities, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It connects slowly if you're using it on your phone and are only using your wireless connection rather than the internet. The customer service end of things doesn't always function as smoothly as it should.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It can be modified, and add-ons allow it to remain in sync with popular programs like Microsoft Office and archive managers like WinZip. We were able to post a comprehensive report on testing and have the whole team read it and learn about where we stood at the end of the sprint.

It's customizable. Easy to set up. It has easy interface for posting articles. It's data hierarchy is simple and so easy to understand.

It's mobile app is a bit clunky,it should make it more better
