What differentiates Jitterbit Harmony from other similar products?

This is a very user-friendly software with a great support community and user base. Its extremely affordable to boot!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very easy to use as a business administrator.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not quite as advanced in features as some more complex products but in exchange its easy to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There's a free version of this that you can play around with. Read the quick start guide and try it out, so you can see if it fits your needs. It certainly can do all the basics.
