Ivanti has been a fantastic solution in our organisation for managing Windows devices (servers and clients), MacOS workstations, iOS devices, and Android handsets. We didn't have any macOS administration capability before Ivanti, but we've risen to a strong position in the management and deployment of new hardware.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The documentation provided is for prior versions, not the upgraded one. It does not offer effective remedies to zero-day malware. IT and inventory reporting procedures must be improved. It is inconsistent with window size, and the user must modify and re-size it every time it is used as a window. Other from that, we are really pleased with this product and its capabilities.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This platform is a single console remedy for all threats, spyware, malware, ransomware, and attempted attacks, and it provides automated remediation of vulnerabilities in your desktop or networked devices. Set aside a few hours to get things set up with a couple other admins. Significantly more complicated than the PDQ tools provided by ManageEngine or Admin Arsenal.
