What differentiates Issuetrak from other similar products?
Issuetrak has made it simple to deploy the tool into the systems and get it up and running quickly with minimal assistance from the vendor
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Once the workflow process is configured it automatically assigns the issue to the respective teams and notifies of SLA so that the service contract for resolving the issues are not breached
What do you dislike most about this product?
Few features seem to be redundant and it needs to be simplified to make it easy for non technical people as well

Overall a great tool to keep track of services and outages and resolve them instantaneously
