Super useful tool that makes CLM easy

What differentiates Ironclad CLM from other similar products?

Ironclad is super easy to use, and has a good user experience. The software makes it very easy to store contracts, and for the attorneys to make the necessary changes during the contracting process. Nice integration with Docusign makes it easy to send contracts out for signature.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ironclad makes it very easy for the sales rep to stay on top of terms that are being negotiated throughout the contract lifecycle. It is easy for legal teams to collaborate on contracts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The SSO log-in can be a little clunky, it takes a few moments to log in sometimes but maybe that is just my set-up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure the sales team has training on how to use it. Having the legal team champion it is really important for successful role-out.

Repository is difficult to follow. It should be a bit more user friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Demo the product and understand not only the intake process, but all AI features and repository.
