Ironclad exceeded my expectations in contract automation, offering a user-friendly interface, seamless implementation, and strong customer support. Its dynamic features and integration with SFDC and CPQ contribute to a positive business user experience. The customizable workflows and supportive community make Ironclad the top choice for contract management systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

"Ironclad transformed our organization by automating contract workflows, centralizing contracts, and fostering collaboration. It speeds up the deal process, reduces errors, and enhances the relationship between Legal and Sales. The platform's centralized location, quick contract creation, and improved metrics tracking significantly boost efficiency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Ironclad is strong but has some room for improvement. Issues like API integration and errors in the Preview tool exist. Nuanced preferences include a separate sandbox, improved reporting, and better metadata gathering. Manual work is needed for reporting, and form field recapture could be improved. Integration with online notary tools and advanced AI capabilities would enhance its handling of complex agreements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this product for its perfect features, user-friendly interface, and increased legal velocity. Ironclad streamlines contracts, making them efficient and reliable. Despite some minor preferences for improvement, the overall experience is positive, with an easy-to-use interface and advanced features contributing to a powerful tool for legal operations.
