What differentiates InvGate Service Management from other similar products?

Clean and fast implementation, ease of administration and task automation. All of those are stellar, and no other vendor comes close in my opinion.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to implement workflows that automate tasks in a no-code solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support times

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend IGSM to anyone who wants a highly scalable and complete solution, surpassing their competitors in almost all aspects. Implementation and operation is very fast and easy, and the vendor listens to your needs to accomodate a solution to your problems.
