Expensive mediocre product with a lot of issues

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?

I've never had a CRM with as many issues I've experienced with this one.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Absolutely nothing. It cost us a bundle trying to break contract and switch. Had to migrate everything over to a new system by hand.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Everything. We had issues with features just not plain working. Email and text messages would just go lost resulting in no follow up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use a different product.
