Insightly CRM allows our team to only focus on what matters, the software is automatic,faster and ensure data accurracy and compliance.

Only the android application features should be improved in terms of functionality.

Insightly CRM shows the customers and prospects it's because it's able to capture information right from the beginning of the intersction.

What differentiates Insightly CRM from other similar products?

When it comes to meeting your specific needs, Insightly is flexible and easy to use. You can also connect external forms to Insightly using its connectivity options. Within Insightly, you can also link data, such as people and organizations, to project and request records. This enhances teamwork and responsibility. Overall, it makes my staff much more efficient.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Both the sales and operations teams have been using Insightly. Thanks to the customization allowed, several operational routines have been successfully transferred to the CRM. Another advantage for the teams has been the tool's ability to automate processes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What corresponds to the projects. You can make some changes to this premade object since it is a standard object. It would be great if this feature could be expanded so that the PM team could use it as a complete solution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With Insightly we can control intellectual property licenses and permissions. Thanks to the pipeline we can follow the progress of the procedure step by step. Plus, it's great for managing contacts and associating them with requests and tasks. Insightly improves our ability to execute license agreements and collect license payments, allowing us to generate more profits overall.
