What differentiates Infor CloudSuite from other similar products?

It is an extensive, integrated application software designed primarily for manufacturing industries. Implementing functional changes and conducting testing may require some time, but the overall integrity throughout the application is excellent. It is now well-suited for Indian GST and other setups, overcoming previous challenges.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This ERP model excels in flexibility, allowing businesses to apply customized "skins" for precise configuration. Its modular design accommodates diverse needs, while a robust API gateway facilitates seamless interfacing with M3. The system's capability to handle EDI, collaborate with third-party suppliers, and integrate with warehouses makes it a standout solution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find it disheartening that the Infor Campus comes with such a hefty price tag. After making a substantial investment in an ERP, it seems counterintuitive to have to shell out thousands of dollars for each section just to gain proficiency in its operation. This significant cost barrier may be a contributing factor to its limited success in comparison to competitors like Dynamics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implementing this ERP is a breeze, thanks to its remarkable flexibility. Just ensure thorough preparation at the outset.
