What differentiates Idenfy Identity Verification Information from other similar products?

Sales/support team is is extremely client-friendly, as is the product portfolio. Unlike many other vendors, there is huge flexibility to get the plan that fits our needs, all at a highly competitive price. It was a pleasure to switch to this products from our previous supplier and even months in and with adjustments and new features, we are happy with our choice and are expanding our cooperation with iDenfy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The quality, speed, proactive pro-client approach of both the sales and support team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customization required more work to implement into our apps than we expected, so for now we went with the stock solution, which however works and looks absolutely fine.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider well, which type of product would work better for you - for larger clients the verified verifications seem to make a lot of sense, while for smaller projects I would go to the standard package solution.

What differentiates Idenfy Identity Verification Information from other similar products?

Idenfy allows me to verify identities across many countries - with strong assurance for accuracy. This is a lynchpin for my company, and I could not do it without them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use for customers

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Idenfy repository does not clear regularly, My industry is sensitive to where and how long the records are retained outside of the notary's control, and I cannot control the retention time frame.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Test it - you won't be disappointed
