What differentiates IdeaScale from other similar products?
From my perspective, different is that most tools let me collect ideas and IdeaScale goes further by trying to manage the entire lifecycle of an idea. They heavily bulit around crowdsourced innovation car scale and I am not just collecting feedback from a small team I can open it up to employees, customers or even public communities and let them submit, vote and refine idea collaboratively thats make differentiates idea scale form others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect about IdeaScale how it's makes innovation feels less like a one off activity and more like a continuous system that's really helps me and there lots of let's me collect ideas but they usually end up as a static list that nobody revisits.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike one thing when my ideas get approved , moving it into actual project often require exporting it into another tool or system.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
From my perspective, You have to clear your goals in IdeaScale shines when you're trying to crowdsource ideas at scale and create a structured Innovation process. In your workflow you must plan before you launch and define the stages and idea should go through submission, discussion, evaluation and approval and important thing make sure the team knows how to engage at each stage. without a defined process, the platform can feel chaotic.
