What differentiates iDeals from other similar products?

Excellent ROI on both sides of that equation. Easy to use for C-level and non-IT people. Proactive high caliber account services manager.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Intuitive navigation and idiot-proof

What do you dislike most about this product?

Couldn't edit user descriptions but iDeals heard the complaint and fixed it!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Simply trial/play with a few comparative systems and it will likely become evident iDeals is the "iDeal" one. The only caveat is we are a medium sized company and I can't speak to whether other vendors have more capabilities/features relevant for large enterprises (say with annual revs > $200M).
