What differentiates Ideagen Huddle from other similar products?

We use this software to share files with our auditors. It has been very convenient to upload items in different folders that can be accessed from anywhere. I like that we can upload big files very fast.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Uploading is seamless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only con I can think of is that when you export files from Huddle to your computer, it saves them as a zip file and for some reason, when you open the folder, you can just copy and paste the subfolders to your drives, you need to do it twice (copy the zip file again and then open it to save the subfolders as regular files and not zip format)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Not many recommendations I have for Huddle. Overall, it is a good software.

What differentiates Ideagen Huddle from other similar products?

This tool is very resourceful and handles all issues DMS seamlessly. It enhances collaboration in different sectors more so relating to DMS needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that deploying, scaling, customizing and managing Huddle is easy The software is secure, easy to use and readily accessible

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no bad experiences with Huddle. It is a great tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Huddle for two reasons. First, it is among the most affordable in its software category Secondly, the tool is very secure and makes collaboration seamless.

It's very easy to use and also very intuitive compared to other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how it normally provide excellent communication between clients and coworkers. Also like how it normally makes my tasks to be more easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Honestly it's the best i have no complain towards it.

It's the best they should give it a try.
