Huddle enables me to easily connect with my teammates. Aside from that, it allows me to access all of the documents and also set permissions, so I can control whether or not a specific person can view or edit the document which also provides us security.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Fantastic document management solution! It greatly simplified our communication and eliminated the need for endless back-and-forth emails. And the fact that it works without requiring any downloading or installation means that we can involve people from outside the project. Moreover, it is the easiest platform to use and learn, and anyone in our organization can learn it quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I've noticed that some documents often take longer to share with project contributors; however, these eventually load. Another aspect that could be improved in Huddle is the interface, which has responded well to each of our modifications.

I would suggest it to you because it has been beneficial to our office, allowing for greater collaboration, organization, and keeping track of tasks that must be completed. It has been an excellent tool for storing information so that it is easily accessible and shared among our team members.

I like the security features. Managing documents is easy I like that it's cloud based It's affordable and scalable

We can get more done in less time and spend less money using Huddle since it eliminates all unmanageable and unneeded obstacles we usually face with any DMS. And unlike others, it keeps our sensitive data safe by implementing a combination of administrative, technological, and physical security measures.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Huddle helps us to operate securely and safely on any platform, at any time, by archiving, sharing files, and interacting with people inside and outside our firm to share ideas. Its real-time activity stream is also one of my favorite features that keep us informed about what's going on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We are unable to simply copy and paste the subfolders to our drives when we open the folder. We must do so twice. Without a doubt, there is a steep learning curve that necessitates a significant amount of time and attention, and first modifications lose a significant amount of time owing to excessive complexity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Huddle is almost ideal for any complex and sensitive environment that requires information sharing and maintenance, multi-agency project coordination, and collaboration with private-sector partners.
