What differentiates IBM Watsonx Orchestrate from other similar products?

Other automation tools just run a script. This is different. It's an ai that you can delegate tasks to, just like you would with a human assistant.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that i can just chat with it in natural language. I can say "draft an email to the sales team about the new monthly report" and it will do it for me. It's very intuitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be a bit slow to respond, just like a real assistant sometimes!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a busy professional who needs an assistant, this is the future.

What differentiates IBM Watsonx Orchestrate from other similar products?

Traditional rpa is about recording and replaying clicks. This is about understanding the user's intent and then figuring out the best way to accomplish the task.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that it is much more flexible and resilient than our old rpa bots. If the user interface of an application changes, the automation doesn't break.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is much more expensive than a simple rpa tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the next generation of automation. It's much smarter than the old bots.
