Real-time chat features promotes timely feedback and actions taken. Incorporation of other IBM technologies such us Watson technologies. A highly secure system.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Great AI features that saves time and promotes efficiency. Availability on most platforms and devices.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer support is not that great. Lack of readily available training.
