What differentiates IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation from other similar products?

IBM Business Process Manager has robust work performance features than on PPM tools, which has less effective tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

IBM Business Process Manager is a complete Business process management tool with OD manager for business rules management and CASE manager for case management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

IBM Business Process Manager has enrichment of tools, that seems ti be daunting to customize all without hiring third-party consultants or relying to vendor customer support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this PBM system to all businesses looking forward to enhance CASE andOD management.
