What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of use, but the in-depth builds that can happen on the back end.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost of anything above starter is very expensive.

What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

Deep CRM integration and unified customer view makes it different from other available solutions. Unlike other helpdesk tools that works in silos, Hubspot connects support with sales and maketing data in one place so that agents always have full context about the customer journey. Another thing which differentiates it is omnichannel approach and easy to use and quick setup while allowing teams to build workflows , automate ticket routing and start supporting customers without heavy technical effort.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite park is it is a unified platform where everything from tickets to customer history can be found in one place. It really improves the team efficiency and help them to deliver faster results with more personalized support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing i dislike is that most of the advanced features like deeper automation and reporting is a part of higher tier plans which makes it costlier at the end of the day for us since we are a scaling team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with clear goals, focusing on core features should be the top most priority, and gradually scale up the usage of the tool. Investing in team training and leveraging automation from begining can help you to get the most value out of the tool.

The user interface is clean and the ticket pipeline is easy to manage. It also simplifies team collaboration around customer issues. Support team see full customer context without switiching app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The biggest strength is centralized customer context. As a quality analyst, having access to complete customer history, previous tickets and internal notes in one place makes audits and root cause analysis faster and accurate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pricing of highly customizable reports is high.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it... HubSpot Service Hub is recommended for organizations that want to improve support quality through better visibility, structured workflow and CRM linked customer context.
