What differentiates HubSpot Service Hub from other similar products?

The amount of features it offers all in a single platform really alleviates having to use multiple tools for multiple things. It centralizes many of our business efforts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows for very specific customization which makes it easy and effective to use for all kinds of businesses and companies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of the service pipelines don't always work like I expect them to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure all of the customizations you add work properly before loading in all of your company information.

Nothing specific at the moment, I think every feature serves its purpose.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to keep track of everything going on, this is a perfect tool for you. I really love their Knowledge Base and service tickets features, plus how you can easily see an overview of things in the Reports section.
