What differentiates HubSpot Marketing Hub (Social) from other similar products?

The integration between HubSpots crm and the Social Media is exceptionally helpful. Having a leads social media interaction paired with and alongside marketing email integration and everything else makes the HubSpot suite great for a wholistic look at your prospects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easily you can sort and report based on social media interactions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are less features than a product like sprout social, but this product makes up for it by the integration with the rest of the CRM

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider switching everything else into the HubSpot ecosystem because the more integrated your are the more valuable each piece is.
