What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I am a huge fan of the hive mail integration which brings my emails and my team chats together in one inbox. the time tracking function is a life saver for our billing and project estiamtion as well i also love the templates for our recurring projects and how it manages external guests so effortlessly. the video and audio on the built-in zoom calls is consistently dependable, meanwhile the proof and approval tool works excellent for our design team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the desktop app can be a little memory-hungry if you’ve got a few complex project boards open. On my older office laptop I notice a slight delay switching between views.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
i’d recommend it for any marketing or creative agency that requires a feature-rich platform that can support anything from a simple ping to a multi-phase campaign launch.

What differentiates Hive from other similar products?
A feature that truly impresses me and I have not seen in other products is the intelligent automation system. This has enabled me to save time wastage on repetitive tasks and concentrate on what is important. Moreover, Hive provides numerous in-built features, including chat, calendars and progress tracking, which are accessible in a single screen and hence handling complex projects becomes a lot easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the best its accessibility. Hive is compatible with various platforms and devices and every team member can access and collaborate anywhere. That is necessary in the contemporary world, where remote work is becoming more and more widespread.
What do you dislike most about this product?
However, the worst thing about it, though, is that, sometimes, certain advanced features are too much to handle by those who are starting with it, and the learning curve is a little steep at the beginning. But this does not matter much because the platform has tutorials and support that will enable you to familiarize with it in a short period.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I suggest using Hive due to its universal, user-friendly nature as a tool that can be used to make teams work together. It is also aimed at automation and integration of various functions, hence making it a perfect choice among all categories of users, whether small startup or huge companies. Hive is a valuable investment to enhance productivity and organization in any project without a doubt.

What differentiates Hive from other similar products?
Hive is just extremely sleek... It’s the “all-in-one” that actually walks the talk. Unlike most tools that say “we do everything” but don’t... Hive really does: Messaging Project management Docs Forms Notes Proofing Time tracking To me, that's what makes it stand out.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best part, for me, is that everything I need is in one tab. As a content writer and SMM, I could: • Assign blog ideas from a brainstorm right into task cards • Get notified when my client approved a draft • Switch to the calendar view and see when my next campaign posts And yes... I could even chat with the client right next to the task
What do you dislike most about this product?
Hive can actually get overwhelming with features... especially when you're starting out. There’s a lot going on - multiple views, tools, menus, pop-ups. I remember feeling like I needed 30 minutes just to find where to update a task the first few times.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would gladly recommend Hive if: • You work with multiple people and juggle many projects • You want to streamline both chats and tasks in one spot • You like customizing tools to fit your workflow
