What differentiates Highspot from other similar products?
Continuous Improvements - product and development team is interested in feedback from users. The user interface is modern and easy to customize to company branding. The support team is very quick to respond and solved any issues that arise. The account team is engaged and helpful in providing resources but also discussing strategic decisions. Great balance of high-level support as well as getting deep into the technical aspects of the tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The search capabilities are like no other! It provides many options for users to find the content that they are looking for with ease. Also, the admins are able to promote content to specific search terms to aid in the experience of the users.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When collaborating with a group the edits need to be saved or they can be overwritten.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Understand what is needed most by your end-users - the tool has so many capabilities. Start small and focused, the tool can be expanded over time.
