I love who the Livechat and the performance review works, also it’s connected to 360s

The UI is a bit difficult to understand.

If you need to do performance reviews and one-on-ones with your team, this is the best tool out there.

What differentiates HelloTeam from other similar products?
It’ nice to be able to interact with different workers through HelloTeam, particularly since plenty of us are performing from home. I favor the announcements that my company makes, which i’m able to notice past announcements in case i want to reference the information. HelloTeam has helped to create things fun at work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The factor i like the best concerning this platform is that I have the chance to show my feeling to my colleagues with a bit over just a small “Thank you for your help!”. Another thing that I conjointly like about this platform is that it’s terribly easy which you’ve got multiple functionalities and customization. How intuitive it is to use. The flexibleness to form one-on-ones, surveys, and performance evaluations that suit your needs. The client support that Helloteam offers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That there isn’t the way to organize the performance evaluations that you just create, like into folders or something similar. That you can’t have additional individuals attached to a 1:1 (sometimes our managers meet with a small group and would love to use this same process). That the survey defaults to sending it to the entire company (it’s just like the “reply all” collapse for email). Those managers don’t get an email alert when somebody on their team is given a high 5. I would prefer to see HelloTeam become a lot of modernized.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I need to figure out and facilitate my strive to maintain my amazing worker status. It’s additionally nice to be able to enter my skills in HelloTeam. It’s recommended from my side.
