My favourite aspect is it's seamless all in one approach and integration of HR main functions with ease.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One downside is it's strength in simplicity and affordability for basic payroll and HR functions can also be a limitation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Check if it integrates smoothly with your current software. If your organization requires efficient payroll processing, employee onboarding, benefits administration then Gusto is a great option.

Gusto is incredibly simple, ensuring all members have quick access to information. It provides clarity and transparency, and reduces objections.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gusto makes the process of calculating work hours clear, allowing everyone to easily submit comments and inquiries. Its notifications are great and improve response time. I loved the efficiency of the dashboards, which clearly outline all the details.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are no downsides at all. Gusto automates data collection completely, and the forms are great and easy for everyone to fill out.

What differentiates Gusto from other similar products?
Gusto is intuitive and easy to use right from the start. Implementation took just one day for my small team. For anyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of time on payroll and HR, Gusto makes managing, processing, and approving time, expenses, and benefits as easy as it gets. Plus, their software is visually appealing!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Gusto provides all the necessary features for efficiently managing HR and payroll for a small start-up, including employee and contractor management, federal and state reporting, benefits, and integration with accounting software. It was easy to set up, and processing payroll and renewing benefits is straightforward.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I use the basic version, and while there are some features I’d prefer to be more automated, I understand that I’m using the more budget-friendly option, and it still meets my needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Gusto is simple to navigate and easy to use. I can always locate what I need within the system when handling payroll.
