What differentiates GoToConnect from other similar products?

Unlike other tools, we ourselves can say that this is unique because it is a fantastic solution for remote performance, in addition to the fact that if it becomes essential, the application can be installed on my mobile device, in addition to being quite easy to use unlike of his corridor.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What fascinates me the most about this instrument is that the call application can be used not only on the computer but also on cell phones as if it were a desk phone, we also have the possibility of designing personalized call routing quite perfectly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since we are using this instrument, we have not found a failure in this product, rather we are practical with it, for which we have the possibility to mention that it is oriented in the right direction.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the reasons why we can recommend this product is because it is reasonably priced, plus it is also quite easy to integrate and use, for which we are all quite happy.

What differentiates GoToConnect from other similar products?

Using this application has been a breeze. Problems are infrequent for me. When I've had questions or concerns, I've found it easy to contact and speak with an agent. From that point on, they can take over. When we had an issue with GoTo not working, they responded quickly and fixed it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We needed to replace several aging on-premises phone systems. In addition, our phone directory was stored in convoluted spreadsheets that required continual attention from a number of different personnel, making it difficult for consumers to find the numbers they needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As for my concerns with GoTo Connect, I have none. The four years we've spent using GoTo Connect, 100% of our support tickets have concerned better understanding the software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All users are now indexed in a mobile-friendly online directory. In addition, the 10-digit phone number is no longer necessary to contact any user; instead, the user's 4-digit extension is used. If you don't know exactly where the person is, this is a huge help.

What differentiates GoToConnect from other similar products?

Many professionals in my area (scattered across the state) have been using GoTo Meeting for years, long before Zoom was even a thought. It's just as effective, doesn't cause any connection problems, and is quite simple to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

GoToConnect, our best phone system, manages remote agents. Easy reporting. Industry-leading call system administrative adjustments. This is our best service in years.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Regarding the program itself, I have no criticisms. Instead, it's excellent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My sincere endorsement. It's the best communications app available.
