Its very user friendly product and very easy to implement. We have very high volume of customers using it and have never complained once they started using it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Unified communications from this product is awesome. I can answer my calls anywhere anytime.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing to dislike to this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it and you would be disappointed. It integrates very well with other products like Microsoft Teams.

What differentiates GoToConnect from other similar products?
I've not seen another communications product as easy to use at this price point.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite GoToConnect feature is the visual dialplan designer, which makes an easy task out of something that's taken me quite a bit of time with competing products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
UX: it's not always 100% clear where to click to get to a certain setting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Before porting phone numbers or making major committments, subscribe for a month or two and play around with the features with one line that isn't connected to anything mission-critical.
